GUILTLESS GUACAMOLE SALAD
Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 1-2
INGREDIENTS
1 large tomato
1 avocado
1 tsp finely chopped red onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp minced garlic
Fresh cilantro to taste
Cumin to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
**additional ingredients**
Black beans
Green pepper
DIRECTIONS
Wash and dice the tomato, avocado, red onion and cilantro.
Place diced tomatoes, avocados, onion and cilantro in a bowl.
Add lemon juice, garlic and seasonings.
Mix all ingredients together.
