"Brianna is very easy to work with. Through her guidance, advice and abundant supply of support and encouragement, I have found freedom and comfort eating healthier whole foods. I have changed my attitude about eating and exercise. I now eat my veggies without complaining (most of the time). I eat them because I know they’re good for me. It wasn’t an easy transition. I had years of falling into bad habits, but keeping a food diary helps me to see what I am eating and holds me accountable. Brianna is always supportive and compassionate and has been a wonderful source of nutritional information. She takes into consideration all of my health issues, my age and ability when offering meal plans and exercise programs. "Thank you sooo much for everything you did for me. I really appreciate that you made sure that I was completely capable of doing everything even without you. I also loved that we created a friendship along with this program. My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were eating consistently, reducing migraines/stress, and a consistent sleep schedule. Brianna was able to help me work toward these goals by helping me create a meal plan and working with me on viewing food as fuel. She also taught me that mental health is just as important as physical health. She also helped me create a night routine to help me focus on going to sleep earlier. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been that I am viewing food as a necessity and not a chore. I started this program really only eating 2-3 snacks a day along with multiple cups of coffee. I had to force myself to eat a meal and even then it took a lot of convincing. Brianna helped me realize that food isn’t a bad thing. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been I feel more naturally energized and happier. I spent a lot of time focusing on keeping myself caffeinated enough to function. Now I’m able to keep my energy up with what I eat instead of eating things that drag me down or just not eating enough to naturally function. Brianna is very encouraging. She was willing to help whenever and where ever I needed it. She was willing to do things as simple as go grocery shopping with me to make sure that I had everything I needed to be successful. I would recommend my coach to anyone and everyone :)"
